Joe Lane

Joe Lane is  Director of Community Planning & Development. Mr. Lane is responsible for providing technical assistance to local governments in the development of proposals to obtain grant monies and other funds. He is the primary Administrator of the State of Missouri Department of Economic Development and Economic Development funded projects.

For over 24 years, Joe Lane has worked with local governments and communities in community and economic development. In the past 17 years, Mr. Lane has worked closely with local Bootheel governments in writing proposals to obtain funds for infrastructure such as water and wastewater systems, housing, community centers, head start centers, drainage, street, senior citizen centers and fire fighting equipment.

Joe Lane graduated from Lincoln University in 1976, where he earned his B.S. with a major in Business Administration.
